Unparalleled
Performance
In addition
to standard 4-wheel drive in all models, three engines are available for the
2022 Bronco, as well as both a 7-speed manual and 10-speed automatic
transmission. The base engine, a 2.3-liter, churns out 300 horsepower, while
the intermediate 2.7-liter engine offers 330 horsepower. For extreme
off-roading, the Raptor's 3.0-liter V6 boasts a whopping 400
horsepower.
There are
many available off-road features as well, such as Trail 1-Pedal Drive, which
allows you to focus only on the accelerator pedal while it automatically
applies the brakes once you lift your foot off it. With Hill Descent Control,
you won't have to worry about applying brake pressure, as this feature will
automatically do that for you each time you remove your foot from the gas
pedal.
State-of-the-Art
Technology
With the
available SYNC 4 feature, you can toggle through all your favorite music
playlists, receive live traffic updates with the connected TomTom navigation
software, or make calls without ever taking your hands off the steering wheel,
which, by the way, has audio controls integrated into it.
For
off-road driving around Madison, WI and Spring Green, a 360-degree
surround-view camera system is available and provides a bird's eye view of the
trail around you. When navigating over rocky terrains or uneven surfaces,
you'll want to ensure that all four tires are making contact with the ground.
Luckily, this system also provides angled views of the tires with its rock
crawler spotter views feature.
